We stand behind the products we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and comes with the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please understand that all sales are final, with the exceptions outlined below.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

If you wish to return an item that is not defective and remains unused, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) before sending anything back
  • Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all components intact
  • Return the item at your own expense (shipping costs are not refundable)

Return Condition Requirements

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • 100% complete in original, unopened packaging
  • In re-saleable condition
  • Include all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories, and UPC label
  • Have an unbroken seal (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products once opened
  • Undergarments and intimate products
  • Nutritional supplements
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Refund Processing and Fees

  • We do not refund original shipping charges
  • Refunds for items with free shipping will be reduced by either:
    • The actual shipping costs, or
    • A 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for items not returned in new, unused, and resellable condition
  • Once approved, refunds typically take up to 14 business days to process and will be issued using your original payment method

Product Warranty

Most items we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty information is included in the product details whenever available.

Warranty Support Timeline:

  • First 30 days after purchase: We will assist with warranty issues
  • After 30 days: Please contact the product manufacturer directly

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at (630) 325-5150
  • Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair (at our discretion) within 14 days from purchase
  • If no exchange or repair is available, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
  • No refunds or credits will be granted after the 14-day window
  • The manufacturer's warranty terms will still apply after this period
  • A product must be confirmed as "defective" by the manufacturer's Technical Support Staff before we can process it as a defective return

Return Procedure

  • Call (630) 325-5150 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#)
  • RA# numbers are valid for 14 business days after issue
  • Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Include the RA# clearly on the outside of the package
  • All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number
  • Pack items carefully to prevent damage during return shipping
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

  • Returns without an RA# will be refused upon arrival at our warehouse
  • For shipments refused by customers, we will impose a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges
  • Additional charges may apply if merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition

For the fastest resolution, we recommend accepting delivery and then contacting us about the return process. If you refuse a shipment, the return process will be significantly delayed.
