Shipping Area and Timeframes
Shipping Area: We ship ONLY within the 48 contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Methods: Orders typically ship via UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS within 1-2 business days when items are in stock. Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing time.
Order Tracking: For your convenience, we send an electronic shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. You can monitor your package's progress from shipment to delivery.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders received after 12:30 PM (CST) may not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address, product weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping Terms
When offered, free shipping applies only to standard ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping may not apply to:
- Heavier items
- Products requiring specialized delivery (truck/tailgate delivery)
- Oversized items
Commercial loading dock delivery requirements may apply for these items. Items with free shipping have the shipping cost incorporated into the total price.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment (when available)
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after shipment (when available and for select products)

Additional Shipping Information
- We do NOT accommodate personal pickup of merchandise.
- We do NOT refund shipping and insurance costs under any circumstances.

- For large or heavy items, the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.
